As part of our continuous efforts to ensure quality education and professional growth, our school hosted the CBSE Capacity Building Program of the Foundational Stage this year. This initiative was designed to enhance the teaching methodologies adopted at the foundational level, aligning with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The program, organized under the guidance of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), provided our teachers with in-depth training focused on the latest pedagogical practices, child-centered learning approaches, and holistic development strategies. Through interactive sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities, educators gained valuable insights and upgraded their skills to effectively cater to the diverse needs of young learners.

Our teachers actively participated in the training, and the experience significantly enriched their understanding of foundational literacy and numeracy, play-based learning, and inclusive education. The program also emphasized the importance of creating a joyful and stimulating classroom environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking from the early years.
