- Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
- Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
- T&C, privacy policy, refund , entity legal name, pricing & contact us details need to be update on website -otherwise major bank will raised the discrepancy and not give the approval for the same.
Just for your information
- It would be very difficult for us to obtain major banks approval until the website related discrepancies are resolve, hence requesting you to inform the merchant update all the T&C, cancellation & payment related policies on their website & upcoming URL's as well.
