Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
T&C, privacy policy, refund , entity legal name, pricing & contact us details need to be update on website -otherwise major bank will raised the discrepancy and not give the approval for the same.
Just for your information
It would be very difficult for us to obtain major banks approval until the website related discrepancies are resolve, hence requesting you to inform the merchant update all the T&C, cancellation & payment related policies on their website & upcoming URL's as well.
